Permink Privacy Policy

Permink is an AI-powered tattoo pattern generation and on-skin preview tool. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your complete rights and controls. We adhere strictly to data minimization and never sell your personal information.

1. Account & Authentication

We support the following access methods:

• Sign in with Apple: Privacy-preserving single sign-on.
• Email Magic Link: Secure passwordless sign-in via one-time verification.
• Anonymous Trial: Explore core features without mandatory registration.

User authentication and account data are managed via our dedicated Supabase backend with Row Level Security (RLS), accessible only to you.

2. Data Collection & AI Processing Practices

When using Permink’s design and preview features:

• Reference Images & Skin Photos: Reference imagery or skin photos that you upload are transmitted securely via our self-hosted AI gateway to third-party generative models solely to generate designs and on-skin previews.
• Image Storage: Generated artwork and previews are stored in Supabase Storage for you to view, export, and manage in-app.
• No Model Training: Your photos and generated outputs are used strictly to fulfill your requests and are never used to train third-party AI models.

3. Crash Diagnostics & Stability

To ensure stability and diagnose errors, we utilize self-hosted GlitchTip (Sentry-compatible) to log crashes and diagnostic traces. All error reports are pseudonymized and contain no user media or sensitive personal data.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed via RevenueCat through Apple App Store and Google Play official payment rails. We do not process or store payment cards or financial credentials.

5. No Advertising & No Data Selling

• No Ads: Permink does not display third-party advertisements, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not track IDFA or GAID.
• Zero Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal profile, photos, or generated artwork.

6. Account & Data Deletion (Permanent Eradication)

You can delete your account at any time via App Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is real and immediate: all records, credentials, uploaded photos, and generated files stored in Supabase Storage are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Permink is not directed to individuals under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you in-app of any material revisions. Continued use of Permink constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
