1. Description of Service

Permink provides AI-assisted tattoo flash generation, stylistic exploration, and realistic on-skin visual simulation tools designed to help creators and tattoo enthusiasts visualize artistic concepts.

2. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

• Generated Artwork: Subject to applicable law, designs and stencils created through your prompts and uploaded assets belong to you for personal use, consultation with tattoo artists, and non-commercial sharing.
• Platform IP: The application UI, brand assets, design system, code, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Permink and its licensors.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload images that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate or transmit sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful imagery.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the infrastructure or services.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• In-App Purchases: Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Apple App Store and Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Apple’s and Google’s standard store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Permink is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. On-skin previews are simulations intended solely for visual inspiration and do not guarantee final pigment retention, skin reaction, or real-life tattoo outcomes. Always consult a certified professional tattoo artist before getting inked.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of Permink constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
